With plant relatives of: red raspberry leaf (rubus idaeus), nettle (urtica dioica), alfalfa (medicago sativa), red clover flower (trifolium pratense), tulsi (ocimum sanctum linn), schisandra berry (schisandra chinensis), motherwort (leonurus cardiaca), oatstraw + tops (avena sativa), cinnamon (cinnamomum verum), ginger (zingiber officinale), and astragalus (astragalus membranaceus)

  • red raspberry leaf is a uterine tonic that tonifies the womb after birth and provides many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Very nourishing for anyone and their reproductive organs and can be consumed at anytime.

  • nettles are packed with a ton of vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and potassium, and is excellent for nourishing blood and replanishing your body and spirit after birth. Also a gentle nervine that nourishes the nervous system.

  • alfalfa can increase milk supply and decrease the chance of postpartum excessive bleeding.

  • red clover flower can deeply nourish and help replenish minerals lost through pregnancy, birth and lactation. Helps balance out hormones and can help with stress and aid the kidneys to remove toxins.

  • tulsi as an adaptogen can help relieve stress after birth, mood-boosting, support sleep, manage anxiety, and improve focus, and digestion.

  • schisandra berry is an adaptogenic berry and can support adrenal and immune system function, stress, increase mental clarity, and protects from infections after birth. Also popular as the “five flavor fruit”

  • motherwort can help with feelings of depression, stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. Supports postpartum after pains soothe the nerves and alleviate the symptoms of PPD.

  • oatstraw + tops restores the body and nervous system after prolonged stress, exhaustion, burnout, or illness. helps with sleep, and calms stress and anxiety with its high calcium and magnesium content. Also builds healthy bones, hair, and skin for you and your baby.

  • cinnamon and ginger are amazing for bringing warmth into body and increasing circulation to promote healing and are anti-inflammatory, nourish the blood, and increase energy.

  • astragulus is one of the most highly regarded tonic remedies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, tonifies your qi and builds resilience in your blood which will reduce blood loss, improve kidney function, and boost immunity and restore energy levels.

Suggested use as an infusion. use a heaping tbsp in just boiled 16oz ofwater and let the tea infuse for 20 minutes best if infused for up to 1 hour or simmer for 15 minutes. strain and enjoy this warming cup of relatives ready to support you.
